We are coming across many fake whatsapp messages a lot lately, claiming cure for diseases which medical science cannot. Eg: diabetes, blood pressure, stroke, etc.
Any tom, dick & harry can make up such messages using false information & claiming by imaginary doctor which can cost a life by not seeking right medical help.
DO NOT TRY OR TRUST the following things unless you check it with your doctor :
1. Whatsapp messages (without references / source)
2. Any random picture from the internet
3. Any random website or wikipedia 4. Any medical advice by a quack
5. Any alternative treatment claiming results
Instead..... Take a standard & safe route!
1. Use standard websites to read medical stuff (ask your doctor)
2. Consult a qualified physician
3. Ask your doctor before trying any alternative treatments
4. Use articles which cite proper references & crosscheck them always.
*This message does not promote any marketing purpose *
Here is an example of a random stuff from the internet :
Needle can save a patient’s life in case of stroke. This advice was given by Chinese professor who says that you always should have a needle in your house. http://www.healthtipsportal.com/heres-how-to-save-your-or-someone-elses-life-from-stroke-using-only-a-needle/
Do not be a Google graduate, support evidence based medical practice.
